Charlotte knows why she is doing what she is doing. She will explain how she applied authenticity & storytelling to build the brand NONA and how she uses the advantage of being a smaller brand. Smaller brands have the room and flexibility for adaptations. They can test, learn and adapt with great speed which is extremely valuable.
Charlotte Matthys, 26 years old and founder of the Ghent based startup NONA Drinks.
Graduated as a bioscience engineer with a major in Food technology & Nutrition.
After her studies in 2018, she developed NONA June: the first Belgian non-alcoholic spirit, which is now available in 13 countries and on the menu of several Michelin star restaurants like The Jane, Boury, OAK.
