Karel De Wilde is an experienced Customer Relationship Manager with a track record working for retail. At the heart of Colruyt Group he takes up responsibilities in strategy, customer journey, customer insights and marketing automation. He is responsible for the Xtra-loyalty-scheme and has guided the different brands of Colruyt Group to work together in offering their individual customers better identification services.
